Refund & Cancellation policy

(a) Booking canceled beyond 48 hrs from the date of confirmation will carry a 20% retention charge.
(b) Booking canceled between a seven (7) to three (4) days from the date of arrival will carry a 50% retention charge.
(c) Booking canceled in the last 72 hrs from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge.
(d) We do not accept Cancellations over Phone; Cancellations can be done on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs from Monday to Saturday by Fax / Email.

(a) A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.

Child below 5 years will be complimentary without an extra Bed and child above 5 years will be charged as extra.
